Perogie Casserole....super tasty...


This is so easy:
Spray or grease the bottom of your casserole dish
Frozen perogies in bottom of casserole dish.
Top with some pasta sauce,
Add some stuff, like ham, or whatever - I just added 1T of Epicure 3 onion dip mix
Top with cheese....we like lot's of cheese,
I topped with bacon bits... I put the bacon bits on top instead of underneath because I like'em crispy!

Bake at 350-400 for 25-35 minutes...

  1. I had forgotten all about this post until the other day! Anyway I made this one day and it was good. It was different than anything we had ever eaten, but it's something we would defiantly eat again. Honestly I had never heard of a perogie before.

    I did two things differently. I couldn't find Epicure onion dip mix anywhere, so I used 1 T. of Lipton Onion Soup Mix. I also made it without the bacon bits (I was sure I bought them..).
